Terms & Conditions

1. Working Hours & Overtime.

Fees are charged by the day or a minimum half a day. A full day is 8 hours (including one hour for lunch, to be provided by the client) between 9 am and 6 pm, for example, 9 am – 5 pm or 10 am – 6 pm. An additional hour between 9am and 6pm is charged at the normal rate. The appropriate overtime is charged before 9 am and after 6 pm. Overtime is charged at one and half times the hourly rate until 9 pm where night-time rates apply and will be agreed at the time of the booking. Weekend rates are charged at one and a half times. Sundays and Bank Holidays are charged at double time.

2. Fees.

All fees are quoted with the agency fee on top. The agency fee is 20% unless an inclusive rate is agreed upon prior. VAT is not included in job quotes. The final invoice will include VAT.

3. Expenses.

Expenses are added where appropriate and agreed with the client.

A 10% surcharge is added for any expenses booked by Creatives Agency e.g flights, trains, hotels, and products that are required by the client. 

4. Cancellation Fees

72 hrs = 25% of the day rate 

48 hrs = 50% of the day rate 

24 hrs = 100% of the day rate 

5. Travel Time.

Travel time will be charged at 50% of the agreed rate 

6. Invoicing.

All fees will be invoiced by the agency including agency fees, expenses and VAT where applicable on behalf of the artist/s

7. Payment.

All invoices are payable within 30 days. Unless agreed otherwise before the confirmed booking.

8. Provisional Booking.

Bookings are automatically cancelled if they are not confirmed within 24 hours of the proposed booking or if a definite booking is offered and the provisional booking cannot be confirmed.
